History

Eurofox Pictures is a new, young and dynamic European Production Company founded by Stephen Salvati.

Stephen has an extremely extensive educational background, including a B.A. in Literature & Psychology, M.Ed in Education and PhD in Philosophy of Educational Psychology. He has been a teacher and lecturer in top colleges and universities across Europe and Asia. Having already become a master of martial arts, developing his own unique style called Nin-Judo (a super charged extension of Judo), Stephen's burning desire was to produce and star in his own movie productions. This is precisely what he is now doing.

Stephen has a black belt 7th Dan in Judo and a black-red belt 9th Dan in Nin-Judo. He has many medals under his belt, including the silver Junior Judo Olympic medal from the 1988 Seoul games, representing Greece. He also has twenty-four 1st place medals in Judo, both continental and intercontinental. Since arriving in Ireland, the Sunday World has named him "Ireland's answer to Bruce Lee".

Eurofox Pictures is currently in production of its main feature "Dance with The Devil" alongside of a Western Drama “Broken Bow” in association with Rio Grande Studios, New Mexico, USA and both are set for a U.S. and consequently international release.

In 2006 Eurofox produced eleven documentaries, all screened that same year in Italy. Currently Stephen is also in post-production of a feature length documentary about Bram Stoker, creator of Dracula, to be world-premiered and screened at the Cannes Film Festival, May 2009.

This is an exciting, imaginative and vibrant time for Eurofox Pictures, producing a range of projects for both the small and big screen. Eurofox Pictures is an active and energetic European Production Company on the verge of breaking new ground on an international scale.

Several promising students from the filmmaking course joined Eurofox Pictures’ production team at the Cannes Film Festival, France in May 2007 and 2008. The filmmaking classes cover all levels of production: acting, directing, camera work, producing, storyboarding, creative writing and they end with fun, energetic martial arts/stunts training classes at the nearby Trinity College gym.
